Recommended intake / preparation

Take 15 drops daily, either neat or dissolved in a little liquid (water). Shake well before use. We recommend taking this medicine over several months.

Pour 1 cup (approx. 150 ml) of boiling water over 1 pyramid tea bag and let it steep for approximately 5-8 minutes. This is the only way to ensure a safe tea. Sweeten to taste.

chasteberry

The chasteberry shrub, Latin V. agnus-castus L., grows up to 5 meters tall, preferably along riverbanks and in moist soils in sunny regions. The inflorescences consist of numerous purple, pink, and white flowers, from which the fruits develop, which look like black peppercorns. Hence the name. What's special about chasteberry is that it helps during the premenstrual cycle.
