Take 15 drops daily, either neat or dissolved in a little liquid (water). Shake well before use. We recommend taking this medicine over several months.

Pour 1 cup (approx. 150 ml) of boiling water over 1 pyramid tea bag and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. This is the only way to ensure a safe tea. Sweeten to taste.

Monk's pepper

The shrub monk's pepper, LatinV. agnus-castusL., grows up to 5 meters tall, preferring riverbanks and moist soils in sunny regions. The inflorescences consist of numerous purple, pink, and white flowers, from which the fruits develop, which look like black peppercorns. Hence the name.
