The active ingredient D-Mannose binds to E. coli bacteria, preventing them from settling on the walls of the urinary tract. The bacteria are then easily flushed out of the body during urination. Pleasant taste. Vegan.

Dosage and use for adults:

For prevention, take 1 sachet once daily.

To support the treatment, take 1 sachet twice daily.

For oral use:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

UROEXPRESS® DIREKT can be taken without water.

UROEXPRESS® DIREKT may be taken for a maximum of 30 days within a treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after a 4-day break.

Frequent urination, burning pain when urinating, stabbing pain in the lower abdomen – one in seven women suffers from a bladder infection at least once a year. The reason: women – unlike men – have a shorter urethra, through which pathogens can easily migrate up into the bladder and trigger inflammation.

Risk factors for urinary tract infections
