Ordering & Shipping

To which countries are femidoc® products delivered?

Currently, deliveries are only possible to Austria and Germany. Delivery to Austria and Germany takes 2 working days.

Is there free shipping?

For orders over €19, deliveries to Austria and Germany are free of charge. For orders under €19, we charge €4.50 for shipping.

Return & Refund

What should I do if I want to exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download a withdrawal form, complete it, and then send it to us. Download the withdrawal form here.

Please note: If you have agreed to a return with us, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not use the address above or the address on the cancellation form.

How can I return goods?

If you would like to return goods, please contact us by email at info@femidoc.com before returning the goods. We will provide you with the return address and other formalities.

Once we receive the goods, we will inspect them and, if everything is in order, refund the amount you paid for them.

As a young company, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping and ask for your understanding.

Please also understand that we can only accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged goods.
