Shipping information
1. Deliveries: Countries, costs and delivery time
Currently, deliveries are only possible to Austria and Germany .
Shipping costs to Austria and Germany:
Free shipping for orders over 19€
For orders under 19€ we charge 4,50€ for shipping
Delivery time: 2 working days to Austria and Germany.
2. Delivery details
We ship all parcels with the DHL parcel service (delivery addresses in Germany) and with the Austrian Post (delivery addresses in Austria).
DHL and Austrian Post usually deliver from Monday to Saturday between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (depending on the delivery area).
3. Delivery to DHL Packstations or Deutsche Post branches
In Germany (other countries not possible), delivery to DHL Packstations/Deutsche Post branches is possible. If you want the package delivered to a DHL Packstation (a one-time, free registration with DHL is required), please enter the Packstation address as the delivery address (NOT the billing address).
At DHL Packstations, you can pick up your parcel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In hot temperatures, we advise against delivering parcels to packing stations.

If the parcel is to be delivered to a Deutsche Post branch, this is only possible if you have previously registered for a Packstation with DHL. Using the "postal number" you receive, parcels can then be delivered to both Packstations and postal branches.
4. DHL multiple delivery
If the DHL courier is unable to find you in person, they will drop a parcel card into your mailbox. You have the following options:
The parcel is available for collection at the parcel shop or post office indicated on the card.
Arrange a new delivery date via the DHL hotline. You also have the option of having the package delivered to a different address in the area.
The DHL driver may also deliver the package to a neighbor and leave an information card with the neighbor's name and address.
There are no additional costs for any of these options. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions regarding the delivery of your package.
5. Online parcel tracking
As soon as the package has been shipped, we/DHL/Austrian Post will send you an email with the package number and a link to DHL/Austrian Post. This link allows you to track the current location of the package.
6. Package lost
Of course, the delivery is insured, and by law, we bear the risk of transport. Should a package ever get lost, we will immediately send a new one—at no additional cost, of course.

2. Shopify Payments
If you select a payment method offered through the "Shopify Payments" payment service, payment processing will be carried out by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered through Shopify Payments will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. Stripe may use other payment services to process payments, for which special payment terms may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately. 3. Payment methods in detail
Paypal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), buyers must be registered with PayPal, authenticate themselves with their login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment amount is initially reserved after the buyer places their order. PayPal will process the payment transaction after the goods are shipped. Buyers will receive further information during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), the following payment options are also offered: Payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. For purchases on account via Klarna, the invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice. For immediate purchases via Klarna, the invoice amount is charged immediately after the buyer places the order. Buyers will receive further information during the ordering process.
Amazon Pay
To pay with Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to the Amazon website after selecting your payment method. To use this payment method, you must be registered with Amazon or register. After entering your Amazon account credentials on the Amazon website, select the delivery address and payment method, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our store where you can complete the order process. After placing your order, we will request Amazon to initiate payment.
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express
Your credit card will be charged when we accept your order.
Your credit card information is always transmitted to our online store using SSL encryption. You can recognize this by the green lock symbol in the top left corner.
We require the credit card holder's name, card number, security code, and expiration date.
The credit card holder and card number are encrypted, and the security code is not stored at all. For security reasons, our service employees can only see the last four digits of the credit card number.
Google Pay
Google Pay now only handles payment functions within Google Wallet.
Credit , debit , customer, or gift card details must be entered once, or a PayPal account must be linked. These details are stored securely and are not transferred to the merchant during a transaction. Payments can be initiated through apps that integrate the Google Payment API . These are processed without the additional entry of credit card details.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
